Workplace Bullying Prevention Policy

On May 18, 2016, the University of California, Berkeley issued a new Workplace Bullying Prevention Policy. This policy applies to non-represented staff, including undergraduate student-employees, and represented staff covered by specific bargaining units.

Statement on Stewardship

Stewardship defines accountabilities in the areas of human capital leadership, preservation of financial and physical assets, protection and confidentiality of institutional information, risk management and legal compliance. It is an example of a process or understanding that informs those entrusted with institutional assets of the expectations and accountabilities that come with that trust. It assure institutional support for action within expectations and cautions there will not be institutional support for representation of those who act outside the stated expectations.
